About this scholarship
Graduating students in the Real Property Administration or Real Property Administration (Accelerated) programs who are eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) membership may qualify. The recipient should have strong marks in The Appraisal of Real Estate (RPA112) and one or more additional AIC curriculum courses, valuable classroom contributions, and active interest in real property as a career.
One award of $500 is offered. Faculty members select the recipient.
