Woman veterans who are Pasadena, California residents and attend a brick-and-mortar post-secondary school in Pasadena with at least a 3.0 GPA and half-time enrollment may apply.

One award of $1,000 is offered. The scholarship is not renewable, though recipients may reapply in a later cycle.
