Annie B Jamieson Scholarship

Students entering UBC Vancouver from Grade 12 of a Vancouver secondary school are eligible for these scholarships. Scholarships totalling $3,550 are awarded, with individual amounts varying. Applicants should have high scholastic standing and show evidence of qualities of character that make for leadership in community affairs and an interest in world events.

The scholarships were established as a memorial to Annie B. Jamieson, B.A., LL.D., a teacher in the Vancouver schools and a member of the Vancouver School Board, the Public Library Board, and UBC's Senate and Board of Governors. The fund was established by her friends and associates and augmented by funds from her estate.
