Full-time or part-time graduate students at York University studying or utilizing the Prigent Papers in the Scott Library Archives. If no suitable Prigent Papers candidate is available in a given year, the award opens to graduate students in the School of Public Policy and Administration. Applicants must be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need.
