About this scholarship

Children of U.S. service members who died on active duty on or after September 11, 2001, or children of post-9/11 veterans with a combined VA disability rating of 50 percent or greater may apply for this needs-based undergraduate or graduate scholarship.

Awards provide up to $29,921 per year to fill the financial gap remaining after federal and state grants. Recipients may reapply annually for up to six years of support.

Apply with FAFSA, military documentation, and financial-aid package details by March 25.
