Alumni Association Outstanding Student Leadership Award

Simon Fraser University students in good academic standing in any faculty, in third or fourth year with at least 30 units completed at SFU, may be considered. Recipients must show outstanding leadership or achievement in athletics, the arts, service to the university, or the broader community.

The award is approximately $2,000. One award is available annually and is presented at the Outstanding Alumni Awards Ceremony.

Nominations need a letter and resume from the nominee plus a supporting letter, sent from the Chair or Director of the nominee's department or school. Applications go to Financial Aid and Awards by April 16. The Senate Undergraduate Awards Adjudication Committee makes the award.
