About this scholarship
Full-time students accepted at an accredited nursing or allied health program leading to licensure as a practical nurse, registered nurse, or other health-related classification may apply for the Allied Health Scholarship through the CalvertHealth Foundation. Applicants need at least a 3.0 GPA.
One scholarship of up to $24,000 is available, covering up to $3,000 per semester for up to four years. Recipients must reapply each year.
Preference is given to residents of specific Maryland counties. Submit the application by the deadline with proof of program acceptance and required supporting materials.
The scholarship is funded by an endowment from Calvert Arundel Medical Facilities, Inc. to support local students in allied health fields.
