About this scholarship

Incoming Alfred State freshmen who are legal U.S. residents with a 3.7 or higher GPA and an ACT score of 28 or higher (or SAT 1310 or higher) may qualify for the Excellence in Education Scholarship.

The award covers tuition, room, and board, with value varying by current institutional costs. Recipients must live on campus and maintain a cumulative 3.25 GPA each semester to keep the scholarship.
