Undergraduate students graduating during the current academic year at the University of Ottawa who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected/refugee status holders, or international students, earn summa cum laude (this criterion does not apply to MD students), demonstrate academic excellence, and show distinguished volunteering and community service may apply.

The award is valued at $10,000. One award is available.
