Alberta Innovates Graduate Student Scholarship (AI-GSS)

For Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and international students in a full-time thesis-based master's or doctoral program at an Alberta university whose research is in eligible Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or Advanced Materials and Manufacturing (AMM) emerging technology areas.

Master's awards are $26,000 per year and doctoral awards are $31,000 per year. Applications require a research proposal, two academic references, transcripts, a CV, and short answers on research alignment and industry engagement.
