About this scholarship

First-, second-, or third-year LGBTQ law students enrolled at Santa Clara University, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC College of the Law (San Francisco), or the University of Wisconsin Law School may apply for this Horizons Foundation award.

Recipients may receive up to $10,000 for the academic year. Funds are paid to the law school rather than directly to students. Selection favors leadership and advocacy within the LGBTQ community, with preference for applicants facing financial need and barriers to educational access.

Apply through Horizons Foundation's Scholarship Online Portal using the access code listed on the program page. Prepare materials demonstrating leadership, courage, advocacy, and financial need.
