Alaska Sea Service Scholarship

High school seniors who will attend an accredited college and are dependents of current or former U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, U.S.-flag Merchant Marine, or U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps members may apply. Alaska recipients must be undergraduates and dependent children or spouses of sea-service personnel who legally claim Alaska as their state of residence.

Four $1,000 annual awards are available. Required materials include a transcript, FAFSA SAR, SAT or ACT scores, military-service proof, a recommendation, and a biography.
