About this scholarship

Need-based Alabama residents attending eligible Alabama institutions as undergraduates may receive Alabama Student Assistance Program (ASAP) grants.

Awards range from $300 to $5,000 per academic year.

Apply by submitting the FAFSA beginning October 1 each year through the Alabama Commission on Higher Education. There is no separate ASAP application beyond the FAFSA.
