AINA Grant-in-Aid

Young investigators, especially graduate students, enrolled in or affiliated with a scientist working at a U.S. or Canadian academic institution and conducting Arctic-related research may apply.

Grants of up to $1,000 augment research costs such as travel, supplies, equipment, and services. Funding cannot be used for salary or wages. The number of awards varies.

Submit a cover letter, proposal (maximum four pages), and budget to aina.scholarships@ucalgary.ca. Awardees are expected to join the Arctic Institute of North America.
