About this scholarship
U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are AICPA student members (free to join), have at least a 3.0 GPA, have completed at least 30 semester hours, and are undergraduate or graduate accounting majors planning to pursue CPA licensure may apply for the AICPA Foundation Scholarship for Future CPAs. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and must not yet hold a CPA license.
Up to 40 awards ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 are available.
Apply through the AICPA Legacy Scholars portal. Your accounting program must be accredited and accepted by your state board as meeting CPA licensure requirements.
The scholarship provides financial assistance to accounting students committed to becoming CPAs after graduation.
