High school seniors and undergraduates at accredited institutions in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia who are pursuing computer science, information science, or another STEM major may apply.

Award amounts vary by year based on sponsor contributions.

Submit a typed, double-spaced 500-word essay in 12-point Times New Roman on a STEM career experience and how you plan to use STEM to benefit the United States.
