About this scholarship
High school seniors or college students who attend Crystal Lake Community School District 155, Marian Central Catholic High School, or McHenry County College and are enrolled or planning to enroll in a health care career program may apply for the Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital Healthcare Careers Scholarship through the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Two recipients each receive $500 toward their education.
Applications are evaluated on thoroughness, information verification, presentation of materials, and financial need. Submit the foundation scholarship application with required supporting documents.
The scholarship supports students preparing for careers in health care and fulfills the Chamber Foundation's mission to invest in future health care workers.
