About this scholarship
Graduating high school seniors from the Albuquerque metro area (Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance, or Valencia Counties) who have overcome personal adversity and demonstrate hope, service, and perseverance may apply for the James Ledwith Memorial Scholarship. One to two awards of up to $2,000 are offered.
Funds support post-secondary study at an accredited nonprofit or public institution toward a life dream or professional goal. Submit the application with a transcript, personal essay, and two reference letters. Only complete applications are considered.
The scholarship recognizes students who have shown faith, courage, and commitment to helping others despite adversity.
