Eligibility
About this scholarship
Full-time California college students entering junior, senior, fifth-year, or master's study who are majoring in engineering or land surveying at an ABET-approved school may apply. You need at least a 3.0 overall GPA and 3.2 GPA in your engineering program. Master's students may enroll half-time and remain eligible.
Individual scholarships range from $1,000 to $10,000, with additional regional chapter awards possible for students in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Create an ACEC Research Institute account, complete the California foundation application with two 250-word essays, upload transcripts and activity records, and arrange a mentor recommendation. Complete the FAFSA if applying for need-based consideration.
