About this scholarship
Undergraduate students entering sophomore, junior, or senior year with a 3.0 GPA who are pursuing petroleum engineering or other energy-related majors at West Virginia University, Penn State, Marietta College, or Slippery Rock University may apply through the AADE Appalachian Basin Chapter. U.S. citizenship is required.
Three merit scholarships are awarded annually for tuition, fees, and educational expenses.
Complete the AADE scholarship application with proof of GPA and test scores, plus a two-page career essay. Submit materials by email to Josh Doak.

- Course load of at least 12 credit hours per semester
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
