Eligibility
About this scholarship
Undergraduate, graduate, and vocational or trade school students with a diagnosed autoimmune disease (including but not limited to fibromyalgia, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and scleroderma) who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited U.S. college, university, or trade school may apply. Full-time and part-time students are eligible. Finalists must provide physician verification of their condition.
Two $500 scholarships are awarded each year. Funds are mailed directly to recipients in August.
Submit the application by April 30 with a 250 to 500 word essay on a provided prompt, academic transcripts, a list of leadership and volunteer activities, and proof of acceptance or enrollment.
