About this scholarship

Graduating seniors or graduates of Wood River Rural High School in Wood River, Nebraska attending Central Community College or Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska may apply, as may nursing students at Central Community College-Grand Island or Concordia University.

Preference goes to Wood River graduates majoring in nursing, dental hygiene, or electrical technology. Applicants need a 3.0 high school GPA or a 2.8 college GPA. Submit a transcript and the first page of your FAFSA report.

The A.B. and M.R. Noel Scholarship was established in 2008. Pell Grant recipients are not eligible, though financial need is considered.
