Graduating high school seniors from River Valley High School in Marion County, Ohio, who attended River Valley all four years, rank in the upper 25th percentile of their class but not the upper 10th, and are not relatives of Hazel B. or A. B. Augenstein.

Award amounts vary. Renewable for one additional year (associate degree) or three additional years (bachelor's) with a 2.5 college GPA and demonstrated citizenship and moral character. Apply through the Marion Community Foundation scholarship portal.
