180 Medical Ron Howell Caregiver Scholarship

U.S. legal residents who are the primary unpaid caregiver for a family member or loved one with a chronic disability or medical condition requiring in-home care may apply if they plan to attend an associate, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States in the fall of the application year. Paid caregivers and students in medical or nursing school are not eligible.

One $1,000 award is given each year. Applications are accepted from January 1 through June 1, with recipients typically announced in August.

The scholarship honors Ron Howell, former president of 180 Medical, and recognizes the financial and personal demands of unpaid caregiving.
